1. How long will it take to process my order?

Refundable Cases: For orders in non-tax-included regions, you can choose a full refund (product + shipping fee); For tax-included orders that fail customs clearance due to the platform/logistics, a full refund + 10% coupon will be provided; If payment is not successful within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled without any fees.
Non-Refundable Cases: Delayed delivery caused by incorrect address/zip code; Delayed delivery caused by force majeure factors; Customs clearance failure caused by personal false information or illegal declaration.
